Terms & Conditions
Effective from: 1. 6. 2026
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “terms”) govern the rights and obligations between Avramo, s.r.o., Reg. No.: 29256381, with its registered office at Olomoucká 797/80, Černovice, 618 00 Brno (the “provider”), and the user or customer (the “customer”) when using the Wattory application and service (the “service”).
2. Description of the service
Wattory is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application for managing company vehicle operational data. In particular, it enables keeping a trip log, recording fuelling and charging (public, corporate and home), recording energy consumption and discharge (including V2L), checking discrepancies in operational data, approving records and exporting data for accounting, payroll, controlling and internal reporting. The service works with data from vehicle manufacturer platforms and from fuel and charging providers and supports manual entry where automatic data is not available. The scope of features and the availability of data may evolve and differ depending on the chosen plan, brand, model, region and the account settings with the manufacturer.
3. Formation of the contract and registration
The contract to use the service is formed by the customer's registration, acceptance of these terms or conclusion of a separate agreement. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for safeguarding their access credentials.
4. Conditions of use
- The customer may use the service only for their own legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
- The customer must not misuse the service, disrupt its operation, circumvent security measures or make it available to unauthorised persons.
- The customer is responsible for the content and accuracy of the data they enter into the service.
5. Price and payment terms
The price for using the service is governed by the current price list or an individual agreement. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT. Due dates and billing methods are set out in the relevant agreement or order.
6. Availability and support
The provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the service. The provider is entitled to carry out necessary maintenance and will give reasonable notice of planned outages. A specific availability level (SLA) may be agreed separately.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where the provider processes personal data on behalf of the customer, such processing is governed by a separate data processing agreement.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the Wattory application, its content and trademarks belong to the provider. The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and time-limited right to use the service for the duration of the contract.
9. Liability and limitations
The service is provided “as is”. The provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages caused by the customer's improper use of the service. The provider's total liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, unless the agreement provides otherwise.
10. Term and termination
The contract is concluded for the period agreed in the order or agreement. Either party may terminate the contract under the conditions set out therein. Upon termination, the provider will enable the customer to export their data within a reasonable period, unless the agreement provides otherwise.
11. Changes to the terms
The provider may reasonably amend these terms, in particular due to the development of the service or changes in law. The customer will be informed of material changes with reasonable advance notice.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms and the relationships arising from them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless agreed otherwise.
