Trip log, fuelling and charging without extra hardware
Wattory connects data from vehicle manufacturer platforms, fuel and charging providers and turns it into a clear record of your company fleet's operation. No GPS boxes, no installation and no needless manual re-typing.
- Integration with vehicle manufacturer platforms
- Trip log, fuelling and charging in one record
- Support for home charging and V2L
- Manual mode where automatic data is not available
Data from manufacturer platforms and providers
Company vehicle data is often fragmented
A company fleet today often combines combustion cars, hybrids and electric vehicles. Data on trips, fuelling, public charging, home charging and mileage is created in several places.
Some of it lives in manufacturer apps, some with fuel and charging card providers, some in accounting and some still in spreadsheets or manual records.
The result is tedious lookups, an incomplete trip log, missing records for home charging and a risk of discrepancies in internal records.
- Trips, fuelling and charging sit in different systems
- Home charging of company vehicles is hard to document
- For EVs you need to tell charging, consumption and possible V2L discharge apart
- Manual records are error-prone
- Accounting, payroll and fleet management often work with incomplete data
Wattory unifies vehicle operational data into one record
A data and control layer over your company fleet.
Wattory connects to available vehicle data, imports information from fuel and charging providers and lets you fill in data manually where automatic data is not available.
From this data it builds a clear trip log and a record of fuelling, charging and home consumption of company vehicles. At the same time it flags missing data, duplicates, unusual values or suspicious differences.
No GPS boxes. Data straight from vehicles and providers.
Wattory is not another device in the car. For supported vehicles it works with data available through manufacturer platforms – no GPS unit installation and no extra hardware.
Vehicle manufacturer platforms
Integration with platforms of brands such as Škoda, Tesla, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Kia or Toyota. The availability of specific data may vary by brand, model, equipment, region and the account settings with the manufacturer.
Fuel cards and fuelling
Import of fuelling from providers such as CCS, Shell, MOL and others. Fuelling can then be compared with mileage, trips and vehicle consumption.
Charging providers
Import of public and corporate charging from providers such as PRE and others. Wattory helps reconcile charging with the trip log and vehicle operation.
Home charging
Records of home charging of company vehicles for cases where an employee charges a company EV at home and the company needs a fair and auditable record.
Manual mode
Where automatic data is not available, you can use manual entry of the trip log, home charging or corrections.
Everything you need to run a company fleet
One record for trips, fuel and electricity.
Trip log
Automatic or manual record of company vehicle trips. Wattory helps assign trips to vehicles, drivers, period and purpose of use.
Fuelling
Import and review of fuelling from fuel cards. Overview by vehicle, driver, date, amount and provider.
Charging
Records of public, corporate and home charging. Charging can be paired with the vehicle, period and other operational data.
Home charging
Support for home charging of company EVs. Wattory helps create records for settlement between the employee and the company.
V2L and discharge
Records and control of situations where a vehicle not only consumes energy by driving but also supplies it out via V2L or other forms of discharge.
Discrepancy checks
Alerts for missing records, duplicates, suspicious consumption, differences between trips and energy, or incomplete records.
Approval
Records can go through review and approval according to your company's settings.
Exports
Outputs for accounting, payroll, controlling, reporting or other company systems.
Wattory doesn't wait for errors in accounting. It flags them early.
Manual records of vehicle operation often fail only when it's time to prepare records for payroll, accounting or internal audit. Wattory continuously checks whether the data makes sense.
It helps reveal situations where a trip is missing, mileage doesn't add up, fuelling doesn't match operation, charging isn't assigned correctly, or home consumption has insufficient backing.
- Missing or incomplete trips
- Duplicate records
- Unusual fuel or electricity consumption
- Mismatch between trips, mileage, fuelling and charging
- Unclear home charging
- Suspicious discharge or V2L events
- Missing records for payroll or accounting
For companies that want their fleet under control
Fleet managers
An overview of vehicle operation, trips, fuelling, charging and missing data in one place.
Accounting & payroll
Auditable records for settling home charging, allowances, internal transfers and monthly closings.
Employees
Easier entry and completion of data without complex spreadsheets and repeatedly emailing records.
Management
An overview of operating costs, vehicles' energy balance and data quality across the company fleet.
Automatic, but with the option of manual entry
Wattory is designed primarily to work with automatic data from vehicles and providers. Not all vehicles, brands or situations, however, allow complete data to be obtained automatically.
That's why the application also supports a manual mode. A user can manually enter a trip, home charging or fill in a missing value. Manual records can be flagged, reviewed and approved according to your company's rules.
- Manual trip log entry
- Manual home charging entry
- Filling in missing values
- Correcting incorrectly assigned data
- Approval of manual records
Records ready for further processing
After review and approval, data from Wattory can be exported for downstream company processes. The goal is for payroll, accounting, controlling or fleet management to work with verified, unified data rather than manual spreadsheets.
- Exports for payroll
- Exports for accounting
- Overviews for controlling
- Records for internal reporting
- Change and approval history
- Records by vehicle, driver and period
